It matches deburring and edge-breaking production lines after laser cutting, CNC stamping, various CNC machining and other mechanical processing.

Adopting linear processing mode, multiple groups of wire brushes rotate, revolve and work alternately. It can evenly remove burrs on workpiece surfaces, contour edges and hole rims in one pass and complete uniform chamfering simultaneously.

Grinding and stroke parameters can be visualized and adjusted freely. The machine only polishes workpiece contours and sharp edges without scratching the base surface, fully protecting workpiece coatings.

It fits workpieces with surface protection requirements such as galvanized sheets, laminated aluminum sheets, copper sheets and stainless steel plates. The operation is simple, allowing quick adjustment of grinding allowance.

Turbo Vacuum Adsorption Technology for Firm Workpiece Fixing During Grinding

Equipped with turbo vacuum adsorption technology, the machine firmly holds workpieces during grinding. Bent and special-shaped workpieces can also be fixed for grinding, greatly expanding processing range and efficiency while preventing pressure loss or system failure caused by blockages.

An optional magnetic adsorption system drastically cuts equipment power consumption for eligible workpieces, realizing energy saving and environmental protection to reduce production costs.

Custom Imported Wire Brushes for Special Processing Requirements

This machine supports general standard consumables available on the market. Custom imported wire brushes are optional to raise production efficiency and meet special processing demands of different products.

Reserved Dust Collector Interface to Extract Dust & Metal Filings

A reserved interface is available for installing dust collectors to suck up dust, metal filings and debris generated during operation. Users can equip an independent dust removal unit or connect to the factory’s existing dust extraction system.
