Purpose of Equipment

It matches production lines for deburring and edge finishing after laser cutting, CNC punching, CNC machining and other mechanical processing. Adopting linear processing mode, multiple sets of wire brushes rotate on their own axes while revolving alternately. In one single pass, the machine evenly removes burrs on workpiece surfaces, contour edges and hole rims, and achieves consistent chamfering simultaneously.

It is suitable for workpieces with surface protection requirements, such as galvanized sheets, laminated aluminum sheets, copper sheets and stainless steel plates. The operation interface is simple and user-friendly, enabling quick and convenient adjustment of the grinding allowance.

Zoned Adsorption Design Delivers Powerful Adsorption Force 

Equipped with turbo vacuum adsorption technology, the machine firmly holds workpieces in place during grinding. It supports grinding of bent and special-shaped workpieces after adsorption, greatly expanding processing range and production efficiency. The system prevents pressure loss or failure caused by blockages. A special magnetic adsorption system is also optional. When magnetic fixation is applicable to workpieces, it drastically cuts equipment power consumption, achieves energy conservation and environmental protection, and lowers production costs.

Customizable Imported Wire Brushes to Meet Special Processing Demands 

This machine supports standard consumables available on the market. Custom imported wire brushes are also optional to boost production efficiency and fulfill special processing requirements of various products.

Reserved Dust Collector Interface to Extract Dust & Metal Filings 

The machine is reserved with an interface for installing dust collectors to suck up dust, metal filings and debris generated during operation. Users can match an independent dust removal unit or connect to the factory’s existing dust extraction system.
