This metal wet sanding machine adopts a double sanding frame design supporting both dry and wet processing, combining the high-efficiency rough removal performance of dry grinding and the fine polishing advantage of wet grinding for flexible multi-scenario processing.

First, one set of coarse abrasive belt units rapidly removes large burrs such as molten slag particles and heavy flanging on workpiece surfaces. Then another set of fine abrasive belts carries out precision sanding to deliver smooth, burr-free surfaces with consistent texture.

The coarse and fine sanding modules can operate independently. It fulfills diversified processing tasks for metal sheets including surface brushing, polishing and oxide scale removal. Moreover, it thoroughly and precisely eliminates burrs generated from stamping, shearing, laser cutting and plasma cutting in one single pass.
