Chuangyi Lianhe CY-1000S sanding and deburring integrated machine adopts wide abrasive belt plus universal rotary brush structure, equipped with dual fixing modes of turbo vacuum adsorption and magnetic attraction, suitable for all flat sheet metal parts processed by laser cutting and CNC punching. The machine can remove slag, burrs and oxide layers in one pass, realize uniform edge rounding, as well as hairline and snow pattern brushing polishing, delivering consistent surface finishing with single feeding. It processes sheets from 0.5mm to 6mm thickness, fitted with variable frequency spindle and customizable imported abrasive wheels, reserved dust collector interface to connect dust removal equipment. Complete after-sales service is provided, including 1-year warranty, lifetime technical support, free parts replacement and professional training.
