2. Temperature requirements: The machine tool should be placed in an environment of 0-40 degrees Celsius (if the ambient

temperature of the machine tool usage site is not within this range, the purchaser should notify the supplier in writing during

procurement), and the laser should be placed in an environment of 18-25 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to install air

conditioning.

3. The humidity requirement is ≤ 70% (referring only to the laser).

4. Compressed air for machine tool operation (non cutting gas pressure): Gas supply capacity 0.63m ³/ Min; Gas supply pressure

0.45-0.8Mpa; The dew point temperature shall not exceed 5 degrees Celsius;

Oil and dust content: 0.003ppm; Processing accuracy of 0.01um.

5. Cutting gas purity: nitrogen gas with a purity of over 99.7% (common nitrogen or liquid nitrogen); 99.5% common oxygen;

Pure oxygen 99.95%; High purity oxygen 99.999%.

6. The power capacity is only used as a reference for customers when choosing a power source, not actual power consumption

Cutting thickness

1.The above cutting parameters are the factory test data of the equipment and are for reference only;

2. The cleanliness, material quality, and surface condition of the cutting head lens (such as paint and rust) are related and affect

the cutting speed, cross-sectional quality, and other processing capabilities of the equipment;

3. The maximum cutting thickness is the limit cutting and cannot be cut in batches. The demander can refer to the quality cutting

thickness in the actual production process.

Cutting speed

1.The above cutting parameters are the factory test data of the equipment and are for reference only;

2.The cleanliness, material quality, and surface condition of the cutting head lens (such as paint and rust) are

related and affect the cutting speed, cross-sectional quality, and other processing capabilities of the

equipment;

3.When the actual cutting speed is lower than 0.5m/min, it is considered as the limit cutting, and it is very

difficult to cut the whole board stably in actual production applications.
