Performance and Features

  • The base and crossbeam of the grooving machine adopt frame structure design. The worktable surface is made of 50mm Q345 low-alloy high-strength structural steel, and the frame adopts Q235 steel plate. The machine tool features excellent overall rigidity and durable construction.

  • The machine bed undergoes natural gas tempering to eliminate welding stress and reduce equipment deformation. Sandblasting treatment ensures outstanding painting finish.

  • The grooving machine adopts precision ground gear and helical rack transmission.

  • The primary motor transmission adopts timing belt drive, which improves operation accuracy and enhances equipment stability.

  • The tool carriage feeding device of the grooving machine uses roller sliders and guide rails to guarantee high precision.

  • Workpieces are clamped by the hydraulic system, enabling high-speed grooving with powerful clamping force on plates.

  • Four cutting tools are used for V-groove machining, realizing even cutting load distribution and reducing workpiece deformation. An optional air cooling system extends tool service life and lowers production costs.
