Technical Features

  1. The synchronization of main cylinders on both sides adopts well-known domestic and imported electro-hydraulic servo valves and branded linear scales to form closed-loop control. It delivers precise feedback and accurate slider movement, achieving high bending accuracy and excellent slider repeat positioning accuracy.

  2. V-axis compensation eliminates the influence of slider deflection on workpiece quality during bending. The compensation value is automatically adjusted by the CNC system for convenient and precise operation.

  3. The X-axis backgauge frame consists of left and right guide bases, cross beam, adjusting bases, supports, adjustable supports, base plates, adjusting screws, stoppers and other components. The movement of the X-axis is driven by its servo motor.

  4. The R-axis backgauge is composed of guide rails, an R-axis motor, a reducer and other components. It drives the crossbeam to move up and down along linear guide rails via gears and racks. The motion of the R-axis is controlled by its dedicated R-axis servo motor.

  5. The main motor is a high-performance asynchronous motor equipped with a fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo system that supplies oil on demand. The pressure and flow signals output by the CNC system are transmitted to the analog input terminal of the driver. Pressure transmitters and speed sensors conduct real-time feedback to track flow and pressure fluctuations, and the monitored signals are fed back to the driver for rapid processing and adjustment. This is an advanced closed-loop oil-free flow control method, with advantages including energy conservation, low oil temperature, environmental friendliness and high efficiency.

  6. It is equipped with a fully functional backgauge mechanism capable of controlling multiple backgauge axes optionally. Functional components of the backgauge such as guide rails, lead screws and bearings all adopt imported parts to guarantee the positioning accuracy of the backgauge

  7. The machine frame and slider adopt split steel plate welded structure. They are treated by tempering in a large tempering furnace to eliminate deformation caused by welding stress and machining stress, ensuring the precision retention of the machine tool.

  8. Important components such as machine frame and slider are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software to guarantee the reliability of the machine tool.

  9. High-pressure Oil Pump

    Equipped with high-performance oil pump manufactured by HYTEK (Sunny, USA). It features high volumetric efficiency, minor fluctuation of flow and pressure, and low noise.
  10. Main electrical components adopt Schneider or imported joint-venture brands.
    1. Segmented upper dies are available, which can be assembled to specified lengths according to workpiece requirements to meet the processing needs of special workpieces. The upper die adopts safety groove structure (European standard), and the square lower die fits various workpieces.

    2. The CNC system adopts HACO 60 system from USA.

    3. C-shaped plates are installed on both sides of the machine frame. High-precision linear scales are mounted on the C-shaped plates, eliminating the influence of frame deformation during bending on bending accuracy.

    4. Oil cylinders are processed by professional manufacturers, equipped with complete sets of imported sealing rings from Japan and pipe fittings imported from Germany to effectively prevent oil leakage.
