CY170T-3200 Electro-Hydraulic Servo Press Brake

Model Introduction

The CY170T-3200 CNC Press Brake features high speed, high precision and outstanding rigidity. The frame is integrally machined by a large floor-type boring & milling machine, guaranteeing the parallelism of cylinder mounting surfaces and perpendicularity of the worktable surface.

Adopting electro-hydraulic servo synchronization technology, it precisely controls the mechanical deflection compensation of slide and worktable as well as throat deformation compensation to improve bending accuracy. The backgauge is driven by digital communication servo motors, adopting precision ball screw transmission and linear guide orientation.

Mechanical Design

Finite element analysis for the whole machine. Professional analysts utilize Ansys software to conduct finite element analysis on the frame, slide, worktable and vertical plates of each machine to verify overall strength and rigidity, so as to extend service life.

Frame Welding

Weld seams are free of undercut, air holes, cracks and other welding defects. External weld surfaces are ground smooth without welding spatter. The overall surface of the machine is flat, bright and free of bumps and depressions.

Mechanical Design

The frame and slide are integrally machined in one setup by a large 8-meter CNC gantry machining center to ensure the perpendicularity and parallelism of all mounting surfaces.

Paint Spraying

The mobile paint spraying booth is equipped with a water curtain and waste gas treatment system, complying with national environmental protection standards and ensuring high-quality surface painting.

Main Motor

Adopts well-known brand motor with national standard full-copper winding, featuring low noise and long service life.


Main High-pressure Oil Pump

Adopts high-performance oil pump from HYTEK (Sunny, USA). It features high volumetric efficiency, slight fluctuation of flow and pressure, and low noise.


Servo Valve Assembly

The hydraulic system adopts well-known international brand products: HCD (USA) and Bosch Rexroth (Germany).

(Bosch Rexroth from Germany is optional.) Equipped with the most advanced electro-hydraulic servo synchronous control system and three-block hydraulic system, delivering high synchronization accuracy.


Slider Structure

The slider is rigidly connected to the oil cylinder. Lubricating guide plates made of wear-resistant materials are installed on the guide surfaces. Adopting a dual-guideway structure, it guarantees the operating precision, speed and anti-eccentric load performance of the slider.


Magnetic Scale

Magnetic scales are installed at both ends of the machine tool to detect the distance between the slider and the worktable. After the position data is fed back to the CNC system, the system outputs signals to control the actions of proportional servo valves respectively, so as to keep the two oil cylinders in precise synchronization.

Compensation System

The compensation system is a CNC axis that controls the crowning value of the worktable, enabling precise deflection compensation over the full length of the worktable.

The crowning worktable consists of a set of wedge blocks with inclined surfaces. Each crowning wedge block is designed and machined based on finite element analysis of the deflection curve of the slide and worktable vertical plates during bending.


Compensation Mechanism

The CNC system calculates the required compensation amount according to the load force during workpiece bending (this force causes deflection deformation of the slider and worktable vertical plates). It automatically controls the relative movement of crowning wedge blocks, so as to effectively compensate the deflection deformation generated by the slider and worktable and achieve ideal bent workpieces.

This deflection compensation worktable realizes "pre-crowning" through position control. A set of modules forms a curve matching the actual deflection along the longitudinal direction of the machine, ensuring consistent clearance between upper and lower dies during bending, and guaranteeing uniform bending angles of the workpiece along its length.

Rear Positioning System

Adopts newly designed precise and stable backgauge device. Servo motors drive ball screws, featuring high moving speed and excellent positioning accuracy.


It adopts unique dual linear guide structure. The stopper moves left and right along linear guides to guarantee positioning accuracy. It is equipped with a distinctive 3-stage adjustable stopper structure.


Upper Die Quick Clamp

Independently designed and manufactured. It supports rapid loading and unloading to improve handling efficiency and safety during die replacement.

Adopted quenching heat treatment process to enhance structural strength and wear resistance. Independent precision inspection is carried out, with precision controlled within 0.02 mm to ensure consistent die installation.


Front Sheet Support Device

It adopts height-adjustable material support frame with thickened chrome-plated optical shaft. The flat support is also equipped with dual chrome-plated supporting optical shafts, enabling easier vertical adjustment and sheet feeding. The main optical shaft supports 180° rotary adjustment and features sturdy and durable construction.
