1. Equipment Introduction
The CY3015 Fiber Laser Cutting Machine adopts the world’s advanced fiber laser technology. An ultra-fine focused laser spot instantly melts and vaporizes the irradiated area of workpieces. Automatic cutting is realized by moving the spot position via the CNC mechanical system.
The CY3015 adopts a gantry structure with dual-side drive matched with gear and rack transmission. It features stable structure, high rigidity and fast operating speed, delivering excellent stability. Key transmission components including reducers, guide rails, gears and racks adopt well-known domestic and imported brands. The integral gantry structure and gear-rack transmission ensure high-speed positioning, rapid dynamic response and reliable stability, representing the development trend of laser cutting equipment.

Dual-side drive beam structure, composed of beam body and machine bed. The main structure includes beam driving assembly and height compensation mechanism. Limit switches are installed at both ends of X/Y travel range, assisted by elastic buffer pads on two sides. 4. Laser Cutting Head
Professional fiber laser cutting head with 2-axis follow-up and high-pressure cutting functions. Capacitive sensing height follow-up system realizes stable, automatic cutting height adjustment.
Various matched nozzles fit lenses with almost any focal length. Confocal design allows installing optical lenses of different focal lengths on fixed-length cutting head body. Focal length and nozzle height can be flexibly adjusted, supporting coaxial alignment of lens and nozzle along X-Y axes.
5. Safety Protection System
This high-power laser cutter produces laser radiation which may cause harm to human body, so complete safety protection measures are essential.
Laser Source Protection
Warning labels mark laser output areas to avoid direct laser exposure. Laser housing is fully grounded to prevent electric leakage. Operators must wear certified laser safety goggles, which should be inspected for damage before startup. Never look directly at laser outlet when power is on. Emergency stop button can instantly shut down and cut power to laser source. Three-color indicator lights display real-time equipment operating status.
Transmission Fiber Protection
High-quality imported slide rails, pulleys and limit devices fix and guide laser cable. Transmission fiber is covered by special laser shielding sleeve to prevent laser leakage. Laser leakage protection sensor is installed. Once fiber breakage causes laser leakage, the sensor sends alarm signal to the control system, which immediately stops laser emission and triggers an alert.
