CY630 Metal Sanding Machine is a dry dual-stage sanding equipment for metal sheet processing. It adopts coarse fine abrasive belt groups to remove burrs, slag and oxide layers, and complete polishing and wire drawing in one pass. Fitted with standard Chint button control system (customizable PLC touch screen optional), it supports independent operation of two sanding stations for flexible processing. The machine replaces inefficient manual grinding, ensuring uniform finishing, safer operation, lower labor costs and higher throughput. It widely handles workpieces after laser, plasma and CNC punching cutting.

Working Principle of Equipment

This is a dry processing machine. Firstly, one set of coarse abrasive belts removes slag particles, large flanging and heavy burrs on workpieces. Then one set of fine abrasive belts polishes workpiece edges to smooth burr-free finish.

Abrasive belts of different grits are interchangeable to adjust surface gloss. The coarse and fine sanding stations can run independently to realize wire drawing, polishing and oxide layer removal for metal sheets.

It is suitable for removing inner hole burrs of flat sheet metal processed by CNC punching & shearing, clearing burrs after laser cutting, and eliminating slag generated by flame cutting or plasma cutting.
