SS1000 Metal Sanding Machine is a dry double-stage sanding machine for sheet metal deburring, slag removal, wire drawing and polishing. It adopts Delta control system with adjustable variable-speed auto-lift conveyor and automatic abrasive belt correction for stable feeding and uniform finish. The machine supports both standard and custom imported abrasive belts. A reserved dust port keeps the workshop clean. Widely used for laser, plasma, CNC punched metal sheet processing.

Working Principle of SS1000 Machine

This is a dry processing machine. A set of coarse abrasive belts first removes slag particles, large burrs and flanging on workpieces. Then a set of fine abrasive belts smooth workpiece edges thoroughly.

Abrasive belts of different grits are interchangeable to adjust surface finish. The coarse and fine sanding stations can run independently for metal plate wire drawing, polishing and descaling.

Wide Application Range

It removes inner-hole burrs of flat sheet metal from CNC punching & shearing, burrs after laser cutting, and slag from flame/plasma cutting.

Delta Operating System

Equipped with Delta control system, it features simple operation and quick grinding depth adjustment.

Custom Imported Abrasive Belts Available

Standard abrasives are compatible. Custom imported abrasive belts can be equipped to boost efficiency and meet special processing requirements.

Adjustable Conveyor Table
