Recently, Tianjin Chuangyi United completed the iteration and upgrade of its 2X1 series 3D printers for channel letters, launching an integrated mass production solution for advertising shops to produce backlit and mini letters in batches. The new equipment supports precise volume control printing and meets all scenarios including outdoor store signs and shopping mall chain logos.
It eliminates multiple traditional processes such as slotting, bending and painting for metal letters. One single operator can finish the whole workflow from drawing import to finished letter shells, lifting production efficiency by 60% and reducing material loss by nearly 40%. Up to now, more than 1500 advertising processing shops have purchased and put the machines into mass production, effectively solving the industry’s pain points of high labor cost and long production cycle.
